Can't Edit

I signed my daughter up for a blog but when I log onto her new blog, we are unable to edit any content. All we have is the title page, but we're unable to change anything or put in a title.

We must have missed a step or something, she has her blog address, but we don't know how to get to the editing page.

Please help....
